Pressure transducers SKB PRIBORY' i SISTEMY' SAPPHIRE-22,DPP-2,DMPK-100M, etc.

DPP-2
- The DPP-2 pneumatic pressure difference converter is designed to provide information in the form of a standard pneumatic signal (20-100 kPa) about the pressure drop, the flow rate of liquids and gases, in control systems and control of technological processes with explosive conditions. The devices belong to GSP products and are operated in conjunction with secondary recorders and regulators operating from a standard signal of 20-100 kPa. DPP-2 converters are widely used in the chemical, oil refining, petrochemical industry, energy and a number of other industries.
- Pressure difference converters diaphragm pneumatic compensating DMPK- 100M, DMPK-100AM are designed to work in systems of automatic control, control and regulation of parameters of industrial technological processes in the oil refining, gas, chemical and other industries in order to provide information in the form of a standard pneumatic signal about pressure drop, flow of liquids and gases, as well as liquid level.
- The converters are designed to work with secondary indicating, recording equipment, regulators and other devices of automation and control systems operating from an input signal of 20-100 kPa.
- Advantages: possibility of local reading of supply pressure and output signal; wide range of adjustment of measurement limits; high stability of zero and range.
- The converter is designed to measure the overpressure of media that are not aggressive to steel 12X18N10T and titanium alloys VT9, VT3-1, VT-20 in automatic control, regulation and process control systems in various industries.
- The converter consists of measuring and electronic units placed in a common housing.
- The principle of operation of the converter is based on the effect of the measured pressure on the membrane of the strain gauge and the conversion of an electrical signal from it by an electronic unit into a standard current output signal of 0-5, 0-20, 4-20 Ma. The converter is available in a non-explosion-proof design.
- The converter can be operated under the conditions established for the performance of the UHL placement category 3.1, but at ambient temperatures from minus 40 to plus 70 ° C and relative humidity of the ambient air up to 95% at a temperature of +35 ° C and lower temperatures without condensation of moisture.
- The Sapphire-22 MPC measuring transducers are designed for continuous conversion of the measured parameter value - pressure, absolute, excess, vacuum, hydrostatic, and pressure difference of neutral and aggressive media, as well as conversion of the level into a unified current output signal and a digital signal based on the HART protocol.
- Pressure sensors are designed to work in systems of automatic control, regulation and control of technological processes in various industries, including for use in explosive industries of the oil, gas and chemical industries, at nuclear power facilities (UAE) and for export.
- The explosion-proof pressure sensor is designed for installation in explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations, according to the documents regulating the use of electrical equipment in explosive zones. The pressure sensor designed to work in the UAE belong to the safety classes 2H, 2H, 3H, 3H, 4H according to PNAE G-1-011-97 and they are available only in a non-explosion-proof version.
- The 13DD11 pneumatic pressure difference converter is designed to provide information in the form of a standard pneumatic signal (20-100 kPa) about the pressure drop, the flow rate of liquids and gases, in control and control systems of technological processes with explosive conditions. The devices belong to GSP products and are operated in conjunction with secondary recorders and regulators operating from a standard signal of 20-100 kPa. 13DD11 converters are widely used in the chemical, oil refining, petrochemical industry, energy and a number of other industries. In terms of resistance to mechanical influences, the converter corresponds to the L3 execution group according to GOST R52931. The degree of protection of the housing is IP54 according to GOST 14254.
